រមណីយដ្ឋានទឹកធ្លាក់ព្រះអង្គថ្មភ្នំតារាល(ទឹកធ្លាក់អូតាប៉ាង)គឺជារមណីយដ្ឋានធម្មជាតិកែច្នៃ ស្ថិតនៅភូមិអូរតា ប៉ាងឃុំអូរឧកញ៉ាហេង ស្រុកព្រៃនប់ ខេត្តព្រះសីហនុ ចម្ងាយប្រមាណជា៣៨គីឡូម៉ែត្រពីក្រុងព្រះសីហនុដោយធ្វើ ជាសារតាមបណ្តាលផ្លូវជាតិលេខ៤ ។ ដល់ចន្លោះបង្គោលទី១៩១ និង១៩២ ទេសចរគ្រូបន្តធ្វើដំណើរតាមផ្លូវលំ ប្រមាណ៥គីឡូម៉ែត្រ។ មេណីយដ្ឋាននេះបង្កើតឡើងដោយវិស័យឯកជន ដោយរៀបចំជាល្បាក់ទឹក ចម្លាក់ដាប់ ចេញពីផ្ទាំងថ្ម និងរូបចម្លាក់ដែលនាំយកមកពីខាងក្រៅមួយចំនួនទៀតផងដែរ។ ទៅដល់ទីនោះ ទេសចរអាច សម្រាកលំហែ ងូតទឹកលេង ស្រូបយកខ្យល់អាកាសដ៏បរិសុទុធ និងគយគន់សម្រស់ធម្មជាតិដ៏ស្រស់ត្រកាល និងចម្លាក់ធ្វើឡើងតាមលំនាំបែបព្រហ្មសាសនា មានរូបព្រះម៉ែពស់ និង ព្រះសិវៈ តាមលិទ្ធិ ព្រហ្មញ្ញសាសនា សត្វអណ្ដើក រូបគោនិង ដំរីជាដើម។
Preah Ang Phtum Phnom Taral Waterfall Resort (Otapang Waterfall) is a natural and man-made resort located in O’Tapang Village, O’Oknha Heng Commune, Prey Nob District, Preah Sihanouk Province, approximately 34 km from Sihanoukville downtown, along National Road 4. Arriving between posts 191 and 192, tourists have to turn into a dirt road about 5 km. The resort was established by a private sector constructing to have a waterfall and carvings carved out of stone on the spot and some additional statues with similar forms to the sculptures in the ancient temples. Tourists are able to enjoy their time with greatly spectacular combination of beautiful nature and sculptures made in the Brahminical style, with images of the Mother of the Snake and Lord Shiva in Brahmanism, turties, cows and elephants and do many activities as endeavor.
