រមណីយដ្ឋានទឹកធ្លាក់ក្បាលឆាយមានចម្ងាយប្រហែល ១៦គីឡូម៉ែត្រពីទីប្រជុំជននៃក្រុងព្រះសីហនុ ដោយធ្វើ ដំណើរតាមផ្លូវជាតិលេខ៤ ឆ្ពោះទៅទិសខាងកើត។ រមណីយដ្ឋានដែលមានទឹកធ្លាក់កម្ពស់ ១៤ម៉ែត្រនេះ ត្រូវបាន គេរកឃើញនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៦០ និងអភិវឌ្ឍទៅជារមណីយដ្ឋានធម្មជាតិដ៏ទាក់ទាញសម្រាប់ភ្ញៀវទេសចរដោយសារ ទេសភាពព្រៃព្រឹក្សា ផ្ទាំងថ្មធំៗ និងទឹកជ្រោះ។ ទន្ទឹមនឹងនេះ តំបន់ក្បាលឆាយក៏ត្រូវបានអភិវឌ្ឍជាតំបន់ការពារ និងជាប្រភពទឹកសាបសម្រាប់ផ្គត់ផ្គង់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋក្នុងក្រុងព្រះសីហនុតាំងពីឆ្នាំ១៩៩៨រៀងមក។

Kbal Chhay Waterfall Resort is about 16 km from Sihanoukville downtown, taking National Road 4 to the east. This 14-meter-high waterfall was discovered in 1960 and developed to be an attractive natural resort due to its forest landscape, large boulders, and waterfalls. It is also a protected area and has been a source of fresh water for the people of Sihanoukville since 1998. Although the resort facilities and services have yet to be developed adequately and to an international standard, the resort also has a range of restaurants serving Khmer food and other dishes according to your preferences.
