ក្នុងនាមគណៈអភិបាលខេត្តគណៈកម្មាធិការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ទេសចរណ៍រខេត្តព្រះសីហនុនិងក្នុងនាមខ្លួនខ្ញុំផ្ទាល់ ខ្ញុំមានសេចក្តីសោមនស្សរីករាយក្រៃលែងដែលបានដាក់ឱ្យប្រើប្រាស់”សៀវភៅមគ្គុទ្ទេសក៍ទេសចរណ៍ ខេត្តព្រះសីហនុ២០២៥” ដែលជាផ្នែកមួយដ៏មានសារៈសំខាន់នៃផែនការទីផ្សារទេសចរណ៍ ០៥ឆ្នាំ ២០២១-២០២៥ សម្រាប់ទាក់ទាញនិងផ្សព្វផ្សាយធនធានសក្តានុពលទេសចរណ៍ខេត្តព្រះសីហនុក្នុងការរួមចំណែកស្តារនិងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ វិស័យទេសចរណ៍ឡើងវិញ ក្នុងអំឡុងពេល និងក្រោយពេលវិបត្តិជំងឺកូវីដ-១៩។
ជាការពិត វិស័យទេសចរណ៍ជាវិស័យអាទិភាពមួយដែលត្រូវបានចាត់ទុកថាជា “មាសបៃតង” រួមចំណែកដល់ ការអភិវឌ្ឍសេដ្ឋកិច្ច-សង្គម បង្កើតមុខរបរ ផ្តល់ឱកាសការងារ ប្រាក់ចំណូល និងការលើកកម្ពស់ជីវភាពរស់នៅរបស់ ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋក្នុងខេត្តព្រះសីហនុ ក៏ដូចជាចូលរួមថែរក្សាការពារធនធានធម្មជាតិ និង វប្បធម៌ដ៏មានសារៈសំខាន់ផងដែរ។ តាមរយៈសៀវភៅមគ្គុទ្ទេសក៍ទេសចរណ៍នេះ ក៏ដូចជាតាមប្រព័ន្ធផ្សព្វ ផ្សាយផ្សេងៗទៀត ស្របតាមបរិបទ ឧស្សាហកម្ម៤.០ សំដៅរួមចំណែកប្រែក្លាយខេត្តព្រះសីហនុជា “គោលដៅទេសចរណ៍ធុរៈកិច្ច និងសម្រាកលម្តែ កម្សាន្ត” ដ៏ទាក់ទាញមួយប្រកបដោយឧត្តមភាពនៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជាក៏ដូចជានៅក្នុងតំបន់ និងពិភពលោកសាក សមនឹងការកំណត់អត្តសញ្ញាណទេសចរណ៍ ខេត្តព្រះសីហនុ ក្រោមពាក្យស្លោក “ព្រះសីហនុ៖ រីករាយគ្មានដែន កំណត់” (Preah Sihanouk: Endless Joy)។
ខ្ញុំមានសង្ឃឹមយ៉ាងមុតមាំថា ខេត្តព្រះសីហនុនឹងបន្តជំរុញឱ្យពិភពលោកបានស្គាល់ និងចង់មកទស្សនាខេត្ត ព្រះសីហនុកាន់តែច្រើនថែមទៀត ពិសេសជំរុញ និងទាក់ទាញភ្ញៀវទេសចរជាតិនិងអន្តរជាតិមកសម្រាកកម្សាន្តនិង ស្នាក់នៅបានយូរ។
ជាចុងក្រោយ ខ្ញុំសូមប្រកាសដាក់ឱ្យប្រើប្រាស់នូវសៀវភៅមគ្គុទ្ទេសក៍ទេសចរណ៍ខេត្តព្រះសីហនុឆ្នាំ២០២៥ និងសូមអំពាវនាវឱ្យមានការគាំទ្រការអភិវឌ្ឍ និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ពីគ្រប់ភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធ ដើម្បីរួមចំណែក ស្តារ និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍វិស័យទេសចរណ៍ត្រឡប់មកវិញ ឱ្យបានល្អប្រសើរជាងមុន (Build Back Better) ឱ្យមានការ រីកចម្រើនខ្លាំងប្រកបដោយគុណភាព ប្រសិទ្ធភាព បរិយាបន្ន និងចីរភាព។
ជាចុងបញ្ចប់ក្នុងនាមរដ្ឋបាលខេត្ត និងក្នុងនាមខ្ញុំផ្ទាល់ សូមជូនពរដល់ភ្ញៀវទេសចរទាំងអស់ដែលបានមក សម្រាកកម្សាន្តនៅខេត្តព្រះសីហនុ សូមទទួលបាននូវភាពរីករាយ និងសុវត្ថិភាពគ្រប់ពេលវេលា។

On behalf of the Board of Governors and the Tourism Development Committee of Preah Sihanouk Province, and in my personal capacity. I am honored to officially launch the Sihanoukville Tourism Guidebook 2025. This guidebook represents a vital component of our five-year Tourism Marketing Plan (2021-2025), aimed at promoting the province’s vast tourism potential and supporting the recovery and sustainable growth of the sector in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Tourism is a cornerstone of our provincial economy-rightly referred to as “green gold” owing to its significant contributions to socio-economic development. It creates employment opportunities, generates income, improves the quality of life for our citizens, and plays a key role in conserving our rich natural landscapes and cultural heritage.
This guidebook, developed in alignment with Industry 4.0 standards and supported by modern media strategies, is part of our broader mission to position Sihanoukville as a leading destination for tourism, business, and leisure-both regionally and globally. This vision is encapsulated in our inspiring slogan: “Preah Sihanouk: Endless Joy.”
I am confident that this publication will help raise international awareness of Sihanoukville and attract a growing number of travelers to experience the unique charm of our province. Our goal is to welcome both domestic and international tourists, encouraging longer and more fulfilling visits.
