រូបបដិមាព្រះថោង នាងនាគមានកម្ពស់ ២១ម៉ែត្រ គង់លើបល្ល័ង្កកម្ពស់ ៦.៤៣ម៉ែត្រ កសាងឡើងក្នុង ឆ្នាំ២០២២ ដោយវិស្វករគំនូរខ្មែរ បែរព្រះភក្ត្រចំទៅ សមុទ្ររាមតំណាងឱ្យការកកើតនៃអាណាចក្រខ្មែរ អរិយធម៌ វប្បធម៌ ប្រពៃណី និងទំនៀមទំលាប់។ ព្រះថោងតោងស្បៃនាងនាគត្រូវបានចារទុកជា ទំនៀមទំលាប់ប្រពៃណីខ្មែរក្នុងពិធីមង្គលការ និង ត្រូវបានអនុវត្តតាំងពីសម័យកាលនោះតរៀងមក ព្រោះវាបង្ហាញពីសុកមង្គល និងវិបុលសុខនៃគូ ស្វាមីភរិយាថ្មី។

Preah Thong and Neang Neak (The King, namely Thong, the daughter of the Sea King) This statue 21 meter high, standing on a 6.43 meter throne in height, designed by Cambodian artist, facing the sea, representing the creation of the Khmer Empire, a civilization, culture, tradition, and custom. In contemporary practice, the way Preah Thong holds Neang Neak’s scart is also seen in Cambodian’s wedding ceremony, symbolizing the happiness and prosperity of new couples.
